awsome Kodamas

I wanted to update quickly before work. I have been wraped up in my own little world latley. Jacob and I are taking some big steps to getting out of the shoebox we live in and into a real home. We are going to look at homes with our real estate agent (who happens to be a coworker of Jacob's) tomorrow. I found this two story in our price range that I absolutley adore. But Im not supposed to get my hopes up yet. We have a tentative pre aproval for a home lone but still have alot more things in the works before we can buy our home.
I just finished regestering for school this semester. Since I was able to register for Human anatomy Im going to assume I passed my Biology entrance exam , otherwise the class should have been blocked from registration for me. So Im taking Human Anatomy lab and lecture and Fundementals of Public Speaking. I will be in school three days a week , tuesday, thursday and saturday. Im a little worried about taking both classes since I could only get the speaking class at 9am saturday which meens I will have to be up at 8am and in class for 2hrs 40min before going to work for 10 hours. But school is all about sacrifice anyhow right ? I just wanted to be able to take more then 1 class and could not wake up before noon when I have to work an overnight ( thursdays).
Well speaking of work I need to get going. I tell you what though If / once we get our home Im throwing a kegger house party.

Well, as someone how has bought a home try to find something as low as possible for your price range. The mortgage company will always approve you for a little more than you can really handle. I was approved for 70K but I was struggling each month to make my 55K mortgage + bills. Even if it's the "home of your dreams" don't put yourself in a situation where you're broke every month because you won't be able to enjoy it.
good luck on the house hunting!..make sure to be careful,though..weve looked a few times & they really try to suck you in..
